What We Offer
We support children and young people across two key areas. Diagnostic assessments for:
Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Anxiety and low mood
Emotional regulation difficulties
Behaviour that challenges
School-based stress or refusal
Sleep problems and separation anxiety
Low self-esteem or confidence
Friendship or social difficulties
Sensory sensitivities and overwhelm
Grief, loss or family changes (e.g. divorce or relocation)
Identity, adjustment and neurodivergent wellbeing
You do not need a formal diagnosis to access therapy. If your child is struggling and you are unsure why, we can explore this together in a gentle, structured way. Sometimes, early emotional support can prevent challenges from becoming more entrenched later on.hrive when psychological safety and clarity of communication are in place. We help you diagnose relational dynamics within teams and then facilitate targeted interventions to build cohesion, trust, and performance. We use evidence-based models such as systems theory, group process psychology, and motivational science to help teams shift from reactive to proactive, from fractured to aligned.
